Main Brain - A Comprehensive Second Brain Template

The main brain is a comprehensive task management system which incorporates Domains, Projects, Goals, Milestones and Tasks to act as a "second brain", or as I consider it, my main brain!

I used to get caught in the trap of setting myself tasks for certain days and never getting them all done, meaning that I was constantly overdue on tasks or I just kept pushing them into the next day and the next. This template allows you to break down tasks by priority and by task type - making you think about the importance and type of task this is and set it into your workload accordingly.

It means not missing tasks that absolutely needed doing on a certain date, but they got missed in a mass of non-urgent tasks pushed to that day, it means your days and weeks are organised more efficiently and an all-in-one go-to home space to track everything!

The template also includes added features of notes, daily joys, daily and weekly tasks for habit tracking and a formula to track the total tasks outstanding for each domain.
